Sarcoidosis Awareness Wristband
Join the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research to KISS
(Kick in to Stop Sarcoidosis®) with the purchase of a new red
sarcoidosis awareness wristband.
Since their release in August 2005, more than 8500 patients,
their families, friends and supporters have ordered this official national
sarcoidosis wristband, demonstrating their commitment to aiding in the fight to stop this devastating disease. The color red is universal for 'stop'
and is in keeping with the Kick In to Stop Sarcoidosis® message
of FSR's annual education and awareness campaign.

Rubber awareness bands are available bundled in packages of
five (5) for $5 in adult and youth sizes. Single wristbands can be
purchased by mailing a check or money order for $1.50 to: FSR, 122 South
Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60603.
The Youth Size is appropriate for a woman or man with a smaller wrist.
