It’s a new year and if you don’t already, it’s time to start prioritizing your self-care. If you’ve been considering reaching out to other sarc warriors or loved ones for support, there’s no better time than now. In-person support group meetings can be a great way to get to know others in your region whose lives have been affected by sarcoidosis. No matter what stage of the journey you’re in- if you were just recently diagnosed, have fought this disease for decades, or even if you’re in remission- you have something important to contribute to a meeting. Below are upcoming meetings we’re aware of in the month of January. Please note that none of these support groups are managed or coordinated by FSR, and all meeting times and locations are subject to change.
