Better Breather Clubs Welcome Sarcoidosis Warriors this April!

FSR is excited to once again be partnering with our friends at the American Lung Association for Sarcoidosis Awareness Month this April! This year, our partnership will extend to ALA’s Better Breathers Clubs, which are support groups for patients and caregivers affected by chronic lung diseases including COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, and sarcoidosis! While sarcoidosis patients have always been welcome at ALA’s Better Breathers Clubs, in honor of Sarcoidosis Awareness Month five BBC locations across the US will be hosting sarcoidosis awareness parties to welcome the local sarcoidosis community to their meetings. ALL sarcoidosis patients and loved ones are welcome regardless of pulmonary involvement, though featured guest speakers may choose to focus on pulmonary sarcoidosis. These parties will include festivities like guest speakers, raffles and other giveaways, and a chance to network with sarcoidosis patients and other BBC participants.
