Director of Global Patient Programs

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and Strategy, the Director of Global Patient Programs is responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives that advance all of FSR’s patient education and support programs. Patient education and support programs include but not limited to webinars, town halls, annual patient conferences, creation of educational infographics and special events. In addition, support programs include peer-led support groups, one-on-one patient navigator program, patient advocates program, patient advisory committees and other initiatives to educate, support and empower patients.
FSR works to ensure that every sarcoidosis patient in every community has access to free education, support services, and has a network of others living with sarcoidosis. One of the ways we accomplish this is through our Sarcoidosis Global Clinic Alliance (GSCA). The FSR-GSCA, is an innovative partnership and membership network of institutions nationwide focused on programs to support sarcoidosis patients and clinicians. The Senior Director will oversee the patient trained Alliance leaders including Community Outreach Leaders and Community Group Leaders and will also create and run FSR combined patient and clinical engagement Alliance initiatives. Working with the Chief of Staff and Strategy and the CEO, the Director will prospect and identify opportunities for new Alliance memberships and identify synergies with new and potential partners to engage them in capacity building opportunities for future growth of the Alliance.

Senior Director of Global Clinical Engagement

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and Strategy, the Senior Director of Global Clinical Engagement assists with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives and partnerships that advance FSR’s Clinic Alliance and all clinical engagement initiatives. The FSR Global Sarcoidosis Clinic Alliance is a member program consisting of clinics, hospitals, and individual providers committed to finding a cure and offering evidence-based, patient-centric care for those living with sarcoidosis. The Senior Director will focus on building and stewarding this network of clinicians and providers around the globe through marketing, communications, sales, stewardship and implementation of clinical engagement programs and initiatives. The Senior Director will provide oversite and support for our Alliance Leadership Committees. Senior Director will develop and execute innovative programs for clinician education including, but not limited to, our Clinical Engagement Program (CME accredited), Journal Club (CME accredited), Peer Case Review, and Grand Rounds programming. The Senior Director will work with other FSR leadership team members to create capacity building grants and identify innovative opportunities to capitalize on this unique collaborative program.

Senior Coordinator, Clinical Engagement:

The FSR Global Sarcoidosis Clinic Alliance is a member program consisting of clinics, hospitals, and individual providers committed to finding a cure and offering evidence-based, patient centric care for those living with sarcoidosis. The Senior Coordinator support the building and stewarding this network of clinicians and providers around the globe through marketing, communications, sales, stewardship and implementation of clinical engagement programs and initiatives. The Senior Coordinator will provide support for our Alliance Leadership Committees. The Senior Coordinator provide support for clinician education including, but not limited to, our Clinical Engagement Program (CME accredited), Journal Club (CME accredited), Peer Case Review, and Grand Rounds programming. The Senior Coordinator will also support all non-Alliance related clinician, ancillary staff, and provider outreach and programming including, but no limited to growing our clinician membership and educational initiatives, overseeing the FSR Provider Directory, the Physician and Researcher monthly outreach email, and maintaining and growing our provider contact list.
