Join us for our FSR Grant Awardee Webinar “Accelerating Sarcoidosis Research Together” as part of our #FacingSarcoidosisTogether Awareness Month campaign! In this webinar, you will hear from two of our FSR Pilot Grant Awardees about their innovative and impactful research projects, and how together, we are accelerating progress and improving our understanding of sarcoidosis as a community.
Our speakers include Dr. Alicia Gerke from The University of Iowa, awarded the 2022 Pilot Grant for her research on “Airway Epithelial Response to Residential Antigens in Mild and Severe Sarcoidosis”, and Dr. Amanda Piquet from the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus, awarded the 2022 Pilot Grant for her research on “Biomarkers of Inflammation and Neuronal Injury with Associated Clinical Outcome Measures in Neurosarcoidosis.” This webinar will include a Q&A after the presentations and is a great opportunity to connect with each researcher and ask about their work in sarcoidosis.
