This year’s KISS 5K events were a huge success! While some of the walks had to battle bad weather, including the official KISS headquarters in Nashville, sarc warriors and their loved ones gathered across the world this past weekend to show their determination to conquer any challenges they face. More than 600 people joined us in the movement to stop sarcoidosis and we’re grateful to every single one, as well as those who couldn’t join us but were there in spirit- we walked for you too!
Our independent walks grew larger than ever this year, with 17 locations across three different countries! These independent walks are so incredibly important for spreading awareness in as many different cities as possible and building a network of warriors to help us get the word out and support much-needed research on this devastating disease. We are so grateful for all of our independent walk leaders who went above and beyond to make these events a success!
